Kỹ thuật IUI
Kỹ thuật IUI (bơm tinh trùng vào buồng tử cung), là một phương pháp chữa vô sinh, hiếm muộn khá phổ biến hiện nay. Đây là biện pháp sử dụng sự can thiệp của y tế trong đó tinh trùng đã qua chọn lọc được bơm trực tiếp vào buồng tử cung người phụ nữ làm tăng tỷ lệ mang thai ở những cặp vợ chồng vô sinh – hiếm muộn. Cách chữa vô sinh bằng kỹ thuật IUI cụ thể là gì? dưới đây chúng tôi xin đưa ra những thông tin cần thiết.
IUI là từ viết tắt của Intrauterine inseminations đây là một kỹ thuật hỗ trợ sinh sản được áp dụng trong những năm trở lại đây, là niềm hy vọng cho nhiều cặp vợ chồng vô sinh sau khi điều trị các biện pháp nội, ngoại khoa không có hiệu quả.
Điều kiện thực hiện IUI là gì?
Điều kiện bắt buộc để có thể thực hiện kỹ thuật IUI là người vợ ít nhất phải có một trong hai vòi trứng thông tốt và chu kỳ đó phải có trứng rụng.
Kỹ thuật IUI có thể áp dụng cho những trường hợp nào?
IUI thường được áp dụng cho các cặp vợ chồng vô sinh do các nguyên nhân sau:
+ Người chồng tinh trùng yếu và bất thường nhưng vẫn đủ điều kiện để điều trị bằng kỹ thuật IUI; chồng không có tinh trùng, có thể xin mẫu tinh trùng để thực hiện kỹ thuật này.
+ Người vợ bị rối loạn phóng noãn, yếu tố cổ tử cung, lạc nội mạc tử cung, di ứng tinh trùng,…
+ Vô sinh không rõ nguyên nhân
Các bước thực hiện IUI là gì?
Các bước cơ bản thực hiện IUI đó là
+ Khám lâm sàng xác định nguyên nhân nào gây vô sinh, điều kiện thực hiện kỹ thuật này.
+ Chỉ định thời gian thực hiện kỹ thuật
+ Xét nghiệm chọn lọc tinh trùng.
+ Bơm tinh trùng.
+ Sau 14 ngày kiểm tra kết quả thai nghén
+ Chăm sóc thai nghén.
Thủ tục thực hiện kỹ thuật IUI bao gồm những gì?
Người bệnh chỉ cần mang CMND, giấy đăng ký kết hôn đến cơ sở y tế. Sau khi đồng ý thực hiện kỹ thuật này người bênh sẽ được ký cam kết tự nguyện thực hiện kỹ thuật IUI.
Tỷ lệ thành công của kỹ thuật IUI là bao nhiêu?
Tỷ lệ thành công của các biện pháp hỗ trợ sinh sản không phải là 100% vì vậy bệnh nhân nên chuẩn bị tâm lý rằng, không phải cứ vô sinh thì thực hiện thụ tinh nhân tạo sẽ thành công. Tỷ lệ thành công phụ thuộc vào chất lượng tinh trùng, độ tuổi, số lượng nang noãn, điều kiện cơ sở vật chất tại cơ sở y tế,…
Chí phí thực hiện kỹ thuật IUI có đắt không?
Chi phí thực hiện phụ thuộc vào những yếu tố như các bước khám chẩn đoán vô sinh, người bệnh có mắc các bệnh lý nội ngoại khoa khác không? cũng như số lần thực hiện kỹ thuật này, trình độ các bác sĩ, điều kiện cơ sở vật chất. Mỗi cơ sở y tế sẽ có những sự khác nhau trong quy trình khám và điều trị vô sinh bằng kỹ thuật này đo đó chi phí sẽ khác nhau ở mỗi hạng mục.
